Description

LEFKO APO KOKKINO is a different approach to variety. During vinification, the grape juice is separated from the grapes before the red color can be extracted from the grape skins. The result is the production of white wine with particular organoleptic characteristics, intense acidity, and lively and crystalline aftertaste. It accompanies grilled seafood, white meats, light salads, and cold cuts. Ideal serving temperature: 8-10 °C.
