Description
Deep red-purple color, clear, with intense and slow tears. Intense nose, typical of the varietal character of Cabernet Sauvignon, ripe black fruits, cedar, cigar, tied to the subtle presence of the new barrel. Tight and youthful on the palate, with a dense structure. Full body, firm but delicate and ripe tannins, and satisfying acidity. Intense and complex aftertaste. Can age for 8 to 15 years. Its full-bodied flavor accompanies rich meat dishes, game, and ripe yellow cheeses, unfolding its full character. Serve at 16-17 °C.
