Description
Deep red-purple colour, clear, with intense and slow tears. Intense nose, typical of the varietal character of Cabernet Sauvignon, ripe black fruit. Tight and youthful on the palate, with a dense structure. Full body, non-aggressive tannins and satisfying acidity. Intense and complex aftertaste. Its full-bodied flavour accompanies rich meat dishes, game and ripe yellow cheeses, unfolding all its character. Ideal serving temperature 16 - 17 °C .
The purpleness of the wine rivals the uniqueness of the sunset on one of the highest mountains in Greece (Tsuka Rossia).
